Run the River Spring Challenge

Course marshals help runners find their way out on the run course. Detailed maps and instructions will be provided. Time commitment is 2 - 3 hours depending on location.

Our on course aid station serves water to runners passing by. The station requires 4 - 6 volunteers and the time commitment is from 9:30 AM - approximately noon.

Finish line volunteers help with handing out medals and water as runners cross the finish line. We also need a couple of people helping with food. Time commitment is from 9:00 - 12:30.

I need one person to help with t-shirts at package pick up from 10:00 - 2:30 at Fast Trax Running store.
