Elouera Surf Life Saving Club is conducting their 42nd Surf Awareness Clinic, which is again proudly supported by the Sutherland District Trade Union Club - 'Tradies'.
The 42nd annual Elouera Surf Awareness Clinic, is a 5-day clinic for children aged 7 to 12 years, scheduled for the week of Monday 12 January to Friday 16 January 2026, from 8:45am to 12:00pm daily. Early bird registration is $60.00 per child until the 31 December 2025 and $70.00 from 1 January 2026.
Activities include surf swimming, nipper and body board riding, IRB rides as well as beach safety and resuscitation education.
To be eligible to participate in the clinic, each child must be able to swim 50 meters unaided. A swim test will be conducted at Caringbah Leisure Centre, Jacaranda Road, Caringbah on Friday, 9 January 2026 from 9:00am to 10:30am. Children who are 2025/26 registered nippers or can supply a 50m swim competency certificate from a registered/authorised swim school do not need to attend the swim test.
The 50m swim competency test is a condition of acceptance of applications to participate in the clinic.
Registrations open Saturday 8 November 2025 and are limited to the first 280 participants!
