    • A 5% GST will be applied at checkout.
    • An online processing fee will apply to all transactions.
    • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

    Your credit card statement will display a charge from “2026 Deadcold Run.”
    • Included with Your Entry
      • A commemorative cotton Deadcold Run TOQUE (included with entries received by February 14, 2026).
      • Access to all race amenities, timing, and event-day support.
  • Registration Deadlines
    • Online registration closes at 12:00 PM (MST) on Friday February 20, 2026, or earlier if the event sells out.
    • All participants must present valid photo ID at check-in.
  • Policies & Conditions
    • Entries are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-deferrable to a future year.
    • Participants who cannot attend due to injury, illness, or personal reasons are not eligible for refund, transfer, or deferral.
