How to Register Your Team
Ready to run? Here’s how to get your team set up and registered!
#1 – Team Captain Registration
- Select your sub-event (e.g., 260 km Relay / 9-Person / 6-Person Team).
- Choose “Create a Team” when prompted.
- Enter your team name (keep it fun or represent your club!).
- Complete your own registration and payment — this secures your spot.
- Share your team name with your teammates so they can join under the same name.
#2 – Team Member Registration
- Click “Join a Team” on the registration page.
- Select your team name from the dropdown or search box.
- Register under the same sub-event as your team.
- Pay your individual entry fee (pricing is per team member).
Notes & Tips
- Each runner must complete their own registration and waiver.
- Team captains can log into their RaceRoster account anytime to view or manage teammates.
- Changes to rosters or distances can be made until the posted registration deadline.

Pricing & Payment
Listed fees do not include Race Roster processing fees, or any optional upgrades.
A 5% GST will be applied at checkout.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Payment in full is required at the time of registration.
All payments are non-refundable, regardless of withdrawal, injury, or cancellation.
Included with Entry
Every team entry includes:

👕 Event T-shirts (guaranteed if registered by the team deadline)
Team rosters must be completed three weeks before the race to guarantee participant merchandise.

Parks Canada & Wildlife Considerations
Event permits and routes are authorized by Parks Canada.
Due to the unique and natural environment of Banff and Jasper National Parks, wildlife activity may occur on or near the course.
Event organizers reserve the right to:
Delay the start
Hold participants on course
Alter or shorten the route
Cancel stages or the full event
These measures may be implemented under the Event Wildlife Interaction Response Plan to protect both participants and wildlife.
⚠️ No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
Air Quality & Wildfire Smoke Protocol
We will monitor conditions using the Air Quality Health Index (AQHI) and Parks Canada advisories during event week.
If air quality poses a safety risk (AQHI 7 or above), organizers may:
Delay the start time
Shorten or modify stages
Temporarily suspend participants
Cancel the event entirely
In the event of cancellation due to air quality or wildfire smoke:
The event will be deemed complete once any stages have been run.
No refunds or deferrals will be issued.
All participant merchandise will be mailed to team captains.
Agreement
As a condition of entry, each participant agrees to abide by all Banff Jasper Relay Rules and Policies and acknowledges the inherent risks of participating in an outdoor mountain-park event.
SCHEDULE
Friday, June 5, 2026
All Team Captains must attend the meeting on Friday, June 5, 2026 at 6:00 PM to collect gear, race bibs, and receive last-minute course and wildlife updates.
Meeting Locations:
- South 6 & Original 15: Lake Louise Inn — Wilson Room
- North 9: Vicious Cycle — 614C Connaught Drive, Jasper
Saturday, June 6, 2026 – Race Day!
Followed by the most epic party in Jasper to celebrate your accomplishments and included with your registration — dinner, awards ceremony, music, and fun.
Thank you to Jasper Brewing Co. for donating beer for our event — available for a small fee or donation.
Dinner served from 6:00 – 9:00 PM. Please have your tickets with you.
Tickets are available at the door for non-runners at $25.00 each. Children under 12 eat for free.
Please note: tickets are only available for friends and family of participants and those involved in the race.
This event is not open to the public.
