FEES AND PROCESSING INFORMATION

  • 5% GST will be applied to your transaction at checkout.
  • All participants must be members of Triathlon Alberta (or other province). Non member have to purchase one-day insurance.
  • An online processing fee will be applied to your online registration
  • All entries include a commemorative cotton casual race shirt if registered BEFORE July 17
  • Online registration will close at noon (MST) on Friday August 7
  • All entries are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable to another person, and Non-Deferrable to a future event. This also applies to a participant with an injury or illness. Sale and/or transfer of race entries/bib numbers is strictly prohibited.
  • Ages will be calculated as of December 31, 2026
  • All participants must show picture ID at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

  • NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Although some participants may not realize it, the majority of expenses for organizing a sporting event are incurred before the actual event takes place (ie. staff, marketing, shirts, medals, permits, deposits, insurance, etc). For this reason, issuing refunds would place the event in an adverse financial position. By registering for the event, you are agreeing to the risk that if you are unable to attend the event, or if the event is cancelled, you are not entitled to a refund unless otherwise stated.
  • All entries are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable to another person, and Non-Deferrable to a future event unless otherwise stated.
  • Sale and/or transfer of race entries/bib numbers is strictly prohibited.
  • A participant with an injury or illness is not eligible for a refund, transfer or a deferral entry to a future event.
  • By registering for the event, If the event cannot take place in 2026 due to COVID-19, the participant agrees to a 75% deferral credit.
    This credit can be applied towards any multisportscanada event in 2026-2027

Triathlon Membership

In order to comply with insurance requirements, all participants must be current members of Triathlon Aberta (or other province). Membership to Triathlon Alberta comes in two forms;

1. Annual Membership – purchased online, through affiliated Clubs or individually OR;

  • Day of Race Membership can be purchased during the event online registration
  • Annual members must be able to produce a current membership card at race package pick-up, with a unique identifying membership number prior to registration.
  • Current annual Triathlon Alberta or Triathlon Saskatchewan memberships will also be accepted. Memberships from other provinces or outside of Canada will not be accepted and a Day of Race Membership must be purchased.

Pay a reduced entry fee and fundraise a minimum of $500 for our Charity of Choice! The Calgary Canoe Club provides over 100 members to ensure our event runs smoothly.

HOW THIS WORKS

1. Register and pay a discounted entry fee to secure your spot!
2. Create a fundraising page and commit to raising a minimum of $500 by race day for our charity.
