The 35 km course starts and finishes at Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park, with no shuttle required. Runners begin the day climbing Earring Trail before connecting with Surf'n'Turf and the scenic Crawford Trail, eventually reaching the historic Kettle Valley Railway (KVR). Be sure to take a moment at Myra Canyon—the sweeping views are worth a photo stop. Settle into your stride along the 8 km stretch of the KVR before joining the 25 km course and dropping onto the upper Myra Bailout Trail. This fast, fun, and technical descent leads into one of Kelowna's premier downhill trails, Angel Springs, where runners will navigate a thrilling mix of roots, rocks, creek crossings, and flowing singletrack. The final kilometres showcase some of the area's finest trails, weaving through lush forest and alongside KLO Creek before returning to Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park. A fast and flowing finish on beautiful singletrack provides the perfect ending to this rewarding 35 km adventure.

The 25 km course begins with a shuttle from Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park to the start on June Springs Road. From there, runners climb the June Springs FSR for 1.5 km before turning onto the Bellevue Access Trail, a flowing singletrack that leads all the way to the historic Kettle Valley Railway (KVR). After approximately 5 km along the scenic KVR, the course drops onto the upper Myra Bailout Trail—a fast, fun, and technical descent that eventually merges with the 16 km route before continuing onto one of Kelowna's premier downhill trails, Angel Springs. Expect a thrilling mix of roots, rocks, and flowing singletrack as the trail winds its way downhill. As the course unfolds, the landscape transitions from cool, moss- and fern-covered forest to bright, flowing singletrack alongside KLO Creek Park. The final kilometres wind back toward Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park, finishing with a rewarding stretch of beautiful singletrack that perfectly caps off this unforgettable 25 km adventure.

The 16 km course begins with a shuttle from Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park to the start on June Springs Road. From there, runners climb the scenic Myra Bailout Trail before reaching the Angel Springs turnoff and dropping onto one of Kelowna's premier downhill trails. The descent is a technical playground, featuring roots, rocks, and multiple creek crossings. At this time of year, the creeks flow gently, making for easy crossings while adding to the adventure. As the course unfolds, the landscape shifts from cool, moss- and fern-covered forest to bright, flowing singletrack alongside KLO Creek Park. The final kilometres wind back toward Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park, finishing with a fun stretch of beautiful singletrack that perfectly caps off this memorable 16 km adventure.

Kids Race
The distance is about 1.5km and all ages are welcome, however we typically see kids aged 5 to 10 participate. Kids under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult. It's fun event and not timed. Each kid gets a bib and finishers treat. The entry is $5 and 100% of the proceeds go towards the Canadian Mental Health Association, more specifically Georgia's Wish. Registration is online.
