Raise money for Atrium Health Foundation Carolinas Cardiovascular Health & Rehabilitation Fund
In support of Atrium Health, the Atrium Health Foundation inspire transformational giving to improve health, elevate hope, and advance healing – for all. Proceeds from the Cupid’s Cup 5K benefit Cardiac Rehabilitation programs and patients at Atrium Health CMC, Pineville, Union and Cabarrus locations by providing funding for education, outreach, rehabilitation equipment and patient scholarships.
Fundraising Awards will be presented to the Top Community Fundraising Team and the Top Individual Fundraiser.
