My Story…
"If a hurricane doesn't leave you dead, it will make you strong." - Jimmy Buffett
On November 21, I will be running the Philadelphia Half Marathon for the second year as a part of the AACR Runners for Research Team in honor of my dad, Chris Morin, who passed suddenly in 2017 from colorectal cancer.
June 13th, 2027 will be 10 years since my father lost his battle to colon cancer. Coming up on this milestone anniversary, I look back on just how much in life has changed since 2017. For the second year, I will be running this race in his honor to raise money to help others in their fight against cancer.
Please consider donating to support my team in raising money for cancer research - no one fights alone.
With love,
Torie Morin
