Help Lucia raise money

This year I’ve signed up to play in a wheelchair rugby fundraiser tournament for a program that has become really meaningful to our family.

Our daughter Maya started playing wheelchair rugby this past year and she absolutely loves it. It’s the perfect mix of work hard, play hard - she gets to compete, laugh with teammates, and be part of a group who share the experience of navigating the world with a physical disability. It's a place where she simply belongs.

Programs like this take a lot to run. There’s specialized equipment, gym space, coaching, and a whole community of people who make it possible for kids to show up, push themselves, and have a great time doing it.

So I figured the least I could do was get into a rugby chair myself and help raise some money for the program Maya has loved so much. I'm excited to join Maya, Paulo, and a few friends and be humbled by the intensity of this sport.
