The Frosty 5K on Saturday has been cancelled. The race partners - Haywood Community College, Town of Clyde and Haywood TDA - have determined the combination of very low temperatures and the increasing possibility of a snow event will create unsafe conditions for participants, volunteers and staff.
The event will not be rescheduled for another date.
Those of you who purchased race shirts may pick up yours starting next Monday, February 2, at the Clyde Town Hall, 8437 Carolina Boulevard, Monday-Friday, 9 AM-12 PM and 1-5 PM. This includes everyone in Western North Carolina. Those outside of Western North Carolina will be mailed their shirt.

We greatly appreciate your support of this event and wish nature would have allowed us to put it on safely. We will try again next year.
