My Story…
Hi there, I'm taking on a huge challenge this year to support the dreams of thousands of young people with disability who want to be included in the community, be valued and be productive members of our community.
A dream that was sparked by Niccolo’, a young man with Down Syndrome, Hotel Etico’s first ever trainee in Italy 10 years ago.
And the dream now lives on in Australia.
I will be running 400kms from our original hotel on Mount Victoria, all the way to Canberra where we have opened a new Academy of Independence.
I will be doing it over 13 harrowing days, while spreading the message of inclusion across NSW and ACT from 8 March to 21 March.
