Our story…
Marcel joined the YMCA three and a half years ago as a support dog, and from the start, he was a big fan of everyone here, always greeting them with a warm cuddle.
He sits quietly through Arriba, Stretch & Core, Flow, Barre and Yoga.
He knows exactly when the class is over because the participants come over to play with him. He ADORES the attention and affection and makes everyone he comes in contact with feel special and loved.
Even if a member doesn’t have him in their class, they come to greet him walking between classes or sitting in the booster seat by the pool.
He runs to the instructors when they arrive and gives them special cuddles.
He knows the cleaning staff and holds a special place in his heart for them.
We are SO HONOURED that he has been able to come into the College St YMCA to bring such love and joy to everyone!
