CAN I BRING MY DOG?
While we love all our four-legged friends please keep them home for the 5K. They are welcome, however, at the post race party at Vitamin Sea Brewing.

Award ceremony will be taking place at Vitamin Sea Brewing at 11am.
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd Overall Male, Female & Non-Binary ($40 gift cards to Marathon Sports)
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in age groups: 10 & under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+ ($20 gift cards to Marathon Sports)
PARKING:
Please visit Park Plymouth for all information on parking locations including free lots and paid meters (meters need to be paid between 9am and 7pm even on holidays).
WATER:
We will have a water stop on the course at roughly halfway (1.55 miles). If you would like to have additional water while you are running please be sure to bring a bottle or hydration pack. Water will not be available prior to the start but will be available at the finish line along with Lemon Lime Nuun!

FAQs
What is included in my registration?
In addition to your cider donut and VSB drink ticket you’ll receive a long sleeve tech shirt and bib with your name on it!
Is the Cider Donut 5K open to all ages?
Yes! We have no age restriction on registration. If your young ones are comfortable with the 3.1 miles, sign them up to run along with you or they can participate in the ¼ mile “Munchkin Run”.


How do I know if I am registered?
After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email from Race Roster. You can also search for your registration on our Confirm Registration page.
Can I transfer my race number to another person?
Yes! You can transfer your bib to another person up until packet pick-up hours are over. Simply reach out to our Race Director- Becky MacBride (becky.macbride@
Can I run with a stroller?
Yes! We are happy to have you & your little one join us on the race course, but in the interest of safety for all participants, including your child, you will be asked to line up at the back.

Are headphones permitted?
You may wear headphones. We ask that you keep the volume at a reasonable level for your own safety and out of courtesy for fellow participants.
Is there a course time limit?
Yes. Our time limits are set to ensure runners are protected from traffic and have the support they need to finish. The 5K has a one-hour time limit. Athletes of all abilities are invited to participate, provided they can finish the course within the time frame.
Can I change the size of the shirt I ordered?
Yes, you can certainly go back and "edit" your entry up until the t-shirt deadline (October 7th). You may also do this AFTER the race and only if there are shirts leftover.
How do I get my bib and swag?
You must attend bib pickup during the time frames and location communicated in the bib number email you will receive on the Monday of race week. Bib pickup will be available at the times listed below:

Can someone pick up my bib for me?
Yes. They will need to know your bib number.
Can you mail my race swag?
All race items must be picked up during bib pick-up hours before the race. Swag will not be mailed.
Is the race timed?
The Cider Donut 5K is timed by Mercury Timing and will be utilizing Mylaps BibTag technology. Timing chips are on the back of the race numbers. You will get them at packet pick up. Results will be calculated based on gun time. Age group awards will also be using gun time. Results will be available by visiting the registration page and clicking on “View Results” on the upper left hand corner.

Will there be portable toilets available?
Portable toilets will be available in the starting area of the race throughout the event.
What is your bad weather policy?
It is our goal to ensure a safe event for all involved. We will not expose participants or the community to undue risk as a result of staging the event. The Cider Donut 5K will take place rain or shine. However, when weather or other physical conditions present a danger to participants, we maintain the right to cancel the race. Less threatening conditions could result in an alteration of the course or race length to ensure safety for all. We highly recommend you purchase the race insurance at checkout.
Do you allow refunds?
All entries are final. There will be no refunds or deferrals.
Can I create or join a team after I have registered?
You can create or join a team until the team deadline on October 14th, 2026 at 11:59PM.
Who does the race benefit?
The race benefits the Plymouth North and South Boys & Girls Xc/T&F teams.
How do I volunteer?
Volunteer registration will open after Labor Day. You can register to volunteer by using the VOLUNTEER tab. Volunteer Registration closes on Wednesday, October 14th, 2026.
