OCES is a nonprofit Aging Services Access Point (ASAP) serving older adults and individuals with disabilities throughout Southeastern Massachusetts. As the region’s largest provider of in-home and community-based services, OCES empowers individuals by assessing needs and connecting them with vital programs and community resources that promote safety, independence, dignity, and quality of life. From nutrition and home care to caregiver support, OCES helps people of all ages remain independent in their homes and communities. OCES proudly welcomes everyone without exception.

We provide a variety of services to those individuals most in need. Our programs offer significant life-supporting care, contributing to an individual’s ability to live within the community as independently as possible while preserving dignity and quality of life. OCES is the largest provider of these in-home and community-based services for older adults and people living with disabilities in Southeastern Massachusetts.
