Camp Harbor View’s mission is to build an inclusive, equitable Boston where every young person and family has the resources to succeed. Founded in 2007 by Mayor Thomas M. Menino and Jack Connors, Jr., CHV now serves over 1,000 youth and families annually through a free summer camp, year-round Leadership Academy, and comprehensive family services—advancing equity, economic mobility, and long-term success citywide.
