My Story....
Hi there! This year I am running the Falmouth Road Race for the FSHD Society.
The FSHD Society is the world’s largest advocacy and research organization for facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD), one of the most prevalent forms of muscular dystrophy. This advocacy group provides support for families and individuals, champions scientific advancements, and works toward driving treatments and care.
Description
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!
I’m running with Team FSHD to support the FSHD Society and everyone living with facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD).
FSHD is a progressive muscle-wasting disease, and it affects entire families—not just the person diagnosed. That’s why I’m choosing to show up, put in the miles, and ask for support. Every donation to my page helps accelerate research toward treatments and a cure, while also strengthening programs that support and empower individuals and families today.
If you’re able to give, thank you. Your support means more than a number—it’s hope, progress, and a reminder that no one has to face FSHD alone.
