My Story…
-short story time -
Nearly four years ago, I had a stroke while out on a run. The impact was immediate and life-changing, and recovery has been a long process ever since.
Every day I continue working on that recovery - rebuilding, adapting, and finding ways to keep doing the things I love, including running. Each year brings new milestones that remind me how far persistence and support can take you.
This summer I’ll be running the 2026 ASICS Falmouth Road Race. It will be my fourth year running the race and my third year fundraising for the Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts (BIA-MA). Their work supports people and families navigating life after brain injury, and it’s an organization that has meant a great deal to me personally.
If you’re able, I hope you’ll consider making a donation to support their work.
With thanks and love -
Tim
