I am HONORED to be part of Cape And The Islands Veteran's Outreach Center. Not only do I have the privilege of raising money for the Heroic Veterans who still walk this earth, but I will have the privilege of completing this race course in memory of my brave family members and complete strangers who have kept us free! Life is not without challenges. Even on our Veterans worst days, they didn't have a choice but to fight. Fighting for our freedoms, and fighting for their lives. They fought through sickness, their hunger, their sadness, and their pain. Even off the battlefield a lot of their pain still lingers on, into the world they once knew, and returned as strangers to.
