Friends, neighbors, past and future clients — and of course, my pickleball buds......
I’ve done something a little crazy — I signed up to run the Falmouth Road Race!! 😬
If you know me, you know this is a bit out there because I do NOT run for FUN!!! The last time I did any running (other than chasing a ball on the pickleball court) was a 5K Turkey Trot in 2022 with my great-nephew, Luca. Let’s just say it was more of a run-walk-finish-strong kind of situation.
But I’m doing it for a great reason. I’m running to support the Genesis Foundation for Children, an incredible organization that helps children born with disabilities.
There’s also a little family pride involved — my nephew,Alex, has been running this race for years and posts some pretty impressive times. I won’t be racing him… but if I meet him at the finish line, I’ll call that a win!!
