I am so excited to be running the Falmouth Road Race this summer in support of Herren Project! Herren Wellness has been such an important part of my life this past year and I couldn’t think of a better way to keep supporting the cause.
Running had fallen out of my life over the years, but sobriety has allowed me to rediscover my love of running and the importance of it for my mental health.
This past year has been extremely difficult for me and my family after the loss of my nephew Brian. Herren Wellness was there for me when I needed it the most and I am lucky to consider them family. I was able to gain the foundation to cope with such tragic loss without turning to a drink. I am so grateful to have Herren in my life.
