This year I’ll be running the Falmouth Road Race with Team Nolan for the Herren Project to help bring Mental Health First Aid to the Cape.The race falls on what would have been Nolan’s 20th birthday, making this cause even more meaningful. The Barr family has always been like family to us — we grew up together and I’m honored to run in Nolan’s memory while helping raise awareness and support for distracted driving, substance use and mental health.
