Help Vicky raise money

Hi, friends!  I am one of five runners selected to be part of Team WCAI for this year’s Falmouth Road Race.  WCAI is the Cape and Islands local NPR station.  It’s a great station and a fantastic year round resource for both residents and visitors to the Cape and Islands.  As you may know, President Trump signed an executive order to end federal funding to NPR; although a federal judge recently ruled that executive order unconstitutional, this most recent ruling has minimal practical impact for NPR as Congress previously voted to claw back funding.  In short, our public radio stations need our help.  So I’m running.  To raise funds and support WCAI.  Can you help me reach my fundraising goal?  I know there are so many worthy causes out there - all of them in need of additional support - but a free and fair press is one of the bedrocks of our democracy.  WCAI provides trusted, in-depth journalism while encouraging community connection.  Their programming and stories highlight the unique character and people of Cape Cod, the South Coast, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket.  Together, we can make a difference.  Please give what you can.  Please do what makes you happy.  THANK YOU.
