Help Chris Cregan raise money

I have been proud to be an employee, patient and supporter of Community Health Center for nearly the past 10 years. The team at CHC does amazing work to care for more than 25,000 individuals, 83% of whom are under 200% of the poverty level. CHC provides much-needed integrated care services to individuals and families, and funds raised from this event will address social determinants that impact patients, including being able to pay competitive wages, gaining access to the highest quality care when and where needed, reducing barriers to care and ensuring equitable health outcomes for all. 

Without the support from our community and friends, the team at CHC would not be able to care for those who may currently or someday rely on Community Health Center for compassionate care services. It fills me with pride to train for this event on August 16 knowing what an impact we will collectively make on this organization and the community. I am part of team of seven CHC staff members who are aiming to raise $9,000 for CHC, and am proud to now be raising funds for CHC through this event for the third straight year!  Please consider sponsoring me in the Falmouth Road Race to make an impact on the people who need it most on Cape Cod. I very much appreciate any support you can provide, and am so grateful for the amazing outpouring of generosity for my charity run fundraising in the past!
