Description

Thank you for visiting our page, and for considering supporting the CHC team in the 2025 ASICS Falmouth Road Race.  As a team full of CHC employees, we are proud to be able to run and fundraise to support Community Health Center, and their efforts to support increased access to integrated care services for more than 25,000 individuals on the Cape, Islands and beyond.  

Your support is so welcome and appreciated.  It will help us to reach our fundraising goals to participate in the August 17 event, and it will support an outstanding cause in CHC.
