Recovery Without Walls provides free holistic recovery resources for women navigating substance use disorder, grief, trauma, and PTSD. It is an incredible organization dedicated to supporting women’s mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Their mission is one I strongly believe in and strive to support through my own work as a therapist and trainer each day.
