My Story…
Hi! I’m Abbey, and I have been an EMT at Boston Medflight for three years now! Working here has taught me so many things; how to park a very large ambulance at even the busiest and smallest of ambulance bays, what a tailwind is, how cool the reflection of the aircraft taking off of the helipad on MGH is, and how to do my part with the rest of the crew members in some of the most stressful situations at the bedside. The crew that I work with are the very best of the best; they meticulously plan each patient interaction with finite precision, and will even crack a quick joke to ease even the most anxious of patients in order to make them feel more at ease. There are approximately 470,000 words in the English language, and none of them describe the pride and gratitude I feel to get to learn from them and work along side them. Please consider donating to my fundraiser to give back to an organization that I believe in, and could not be prouder to work for!
Donate to help Abbey raise money for The 2026 ASICS Falmouth Road Race’s fundraising campaign.
