I am running the 2026 Falmouth Road Race to raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer's disease—a cause that has become deeply personal to me. My father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in July 2025, and since then, I have witnessed firsthand the impact this disease has on individuals, families, and caregivers.
My father is a proud U.S. Army veteran who dedicated 30 years to serving the Revere Fire Department. In addition to his service as a firefighter, he also owned a construction company and was always on call to help family and friends with home repairs. Throughout his life, he has always put others before himself, never hesitating to go the extra mile to help anyone in need. His selflessness, strength, and unwavering commitment to serving others have inspired me every day.
I am honored to run these miles in his honor and for everyone whose lives have been touched by this disease. Every step I take is a tribute to his incredible legacy and a reminder of why this cause means so much to me.
