Support. Inspire. Empower.
I have some exciting news to share! On Sunday, August 16, 2026, I will be running the Falmouth Road Race as a proud member of The Herren Project team. Founded by Chris Herren, this incredible organization helps individuals and families live healthy, fulfilling lives by preventing substance misuse, celebrating recovery, and building resilient communities. I am running this race with deep purpose. I will be running in loving memory of two young men who left this world far too soon: my nephew, Zachary Keith Estey, and Theodore “Teddy” Macenas. I am also running to honor my son, Matthew Maher, and my father, Carl Pratt. Together, they celebrate nearly 28 years of hard-earned sobriety, and I could not be prouder of them. Thank you for your support as I run to honor those we lost, celebrate those in recovery, and raise vital funds for a cause so close to my heart.
Update 6/4/26: Wow, my tribe is so supportive and generous. You guys are the best!
There are other family members and friends that went unnamed who are in recovery, lost a love one or are in active addiction. They will be in my heart and on my mind as I run in August.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me (Philippians 4:13) and you can too!
God bless💜
Sincerely,
Kim Maher
