Hello everyone! My name is Michaela McDonald and I am very excited to be fundraising for the Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition in honor of my Aunt Lynnie McDonald for this year's Falmouth road race!
In 2014, we lost my aunt Lynnie McDonald to Breast Cancer. Not only was she an aunt, but she was a sister, wife, mother, and so much more. Having to live the rest of our lives without her makes us cherish our moments we had with her so much more. She was the bravest and kindest soul. I will run in her honor to help raise awareness for her and others who suffer everyday.
I am proud to run in support of the MBCC organization to help raise money towards the prevention of Breast Cancer. So many people all across the world are affected by Breast Cancer and it is extremely important to me to help eradicate this disease in future generations.
I have taken the opportunity to run for something more important than just exercise. Please consider donating to the Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition to help prevent Breast Cancer in future generations!
