My Story…
This year I will be running the Falmouth Road Race while supporting the organization Punch 4 Parkinson's, a nonprofit focused on designing workout programs for patients with Parkinson's Disease with a specialty in boxing workouts. With Parkinson's being a neurodegenerative disease, I am a firm believer in the notion that "movement is medicine", a maxim that P4P is based in.
My grandmother fought valiantly against this horrible disease and unfortunately lost her fight in 2025. She was one of my biggest supporters throughout my running career, so it truly is a privilege to be able to do something I love and honor her simultaneously.
