Years ago one of my best friends Brittany was hurt during the Boston Marathon Bombing. Motivated by the donations that came to her after such a tragic event, Britt used the leftover funds to help people who go through sudden traumatic events to help get people back on their feet. I've been lucky enough to raise a few times and know the impact of these donations. People have built ramps, paid for food, or even pay for bills with the funds we give. In tragedy she gave forward to the world!
