Hi Everyone,

Every year, it is an absolute joy to run the Falmouth Road Race, but this year is especially meaningful because I’m running in support of Punch 4 Parkinson’s. Punch 4 Parkinson’s is dedicated to improving the lives of people living with Parkinson’s through fitness, community, and hope.

My passion for this cause began in high school when I volunteered at the Magic of Hope Gala hosted by the American Parkinson Disease Association. At the event, I spent time with individuals, families, and friends affected by Parkinson’s which opened my eyes to greater themes of incredible optimism, resilience, and strength. This experience inspired me to continue using my time and energy to support the Parkinson’s community.

As a student at The Ohio State University, I have learned the importance of community and tradition, and what better way to uplift others and represent a greater cause than to run! Running the Falmouth Road Race for Punch 4 Parkinson’s allows me to combine my passion for fitness with my commitment to supporting individuals and families affected by Parkinson’s.
