We celebrate the enormous impact our parks have on the lives of so many people by providing opportunities to spend time in nature during the pandemic. Help support Explorer Programs for children in under-represented communities, and Adapted Recreation programs for persons with physical and cognitive disabilities.
Your donations help ensure EVERYONE'S opportunity to be outdoors. With your help, we can CHANGE LIVES OUTDOORS through these important initiatives in Three Rivers Park District:
- Explorer Camps & Programs provide outdoor recreation and nature education experiences to under-represented communities, to ensure that no child will be turned away for lack of funds.
- Adapted Programs ensure access and inclusion to outdoor recreation for persons with physical or cognitive disabilities, including children, veterans, and seniors.
How your donations help:
$25 – Pays for a day of explorer camp for a child
$50 – Helps buy supplies for camp
$75 – Helps support qualified staff for a program
$100 – Helps provide transportation for camp
