RULES
- Once registration has been duly processed, there will be no entry fee refund for Participants who for whatever reason do not eventually take part in the Clark Animo Marathon.
- There will be no entry fee refund if the event is cancelled on account of force majeure or for causes beyond the reasonable control of the Organizers.
- The Organizers reserve the right to use any photographs (including those of Participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Clark Animo Marathon for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising, without giving monetary consideration to any Participant.
- The Organizers reserve the right to limit and/or refuse entries without giving any reason.
- The Organizers will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete entry details.
- Race routes may be subject to changes for safety and traffic reasons.
- Race category and race entry are strictly non-transferable.
- Participants who commence before the actual start time of his/her Race will be disqualified. (Please refer to the start time of each race).
- Participants under 18 years must have the waiver signed by a parent. Minimum Age 9 y/o (2.5k), 12 y/o (5k), 15 y/o (10k), 18 y/o (21k), 18 y/o (42k)
- The organizers’ decision is final.
- For all other Participants, disputes and appeals regarding the results must be submitted in a written format, including electronic mail within 3 days of race day. Organizers reserve the right to not entertain any dispute or appeal after the event. A 5,000 cash deposit is required for formal complaints and will be returned after the complaint has been settled.
- The Organizers reserve the right to require the participant to present official documents necessary to support the disputes or appeals made.
- 21K cutoff is 4 hours 30 mins. from gun start.
- 42K cutoff is 7 hours30 mins. from gun start
ALL EVENT-RELATED CONCERNS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE DLSAA-PAMPANGA CHAPTER RUN TECHNICAL COMMITTEE. THE
DECISION OF THE COMMITTEE, JUDICIOUS AND FOR THE GENERAL WELFARE OF ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE FINAL AT ALL TIMES.
