Burrard_Chilco Partnership (BCP) — the joint venture of EBC Inc., Pomerleau Inc., and Spie Batignolles Canada Inc. delivering the Stanley Park Water Supply Tunnel Project — is proud to participate in the 2026 Vancouver Pride Run and Walk in support of Rainbow Refugee. As the BCP Pride Team, our mission is to stand for safety, dignity, and belonging for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and to demonstrate that inclusion is something we build together, both on our project and within our community. 

Rainbow Refugee continues to provide life‑saving support to people fleeing persecution, and our participation reflects our shared commitment to human rights, compassion, and creating space for everyone to live authentically. Across our joint venture, we believe that Love, Respect, and Inclusion are not abstract values — they are actions. 

By joining this year’s Pride Run and Walk, we honour those who are still silenced, celebrate the diversity that strengthens our teams, and contribute to a cause that helps individuals find safety and rebuild their lives.
