For nearly five decades, the Sport Chek Mother’s Day Run, Walk & Wheel has been one of Calgary’s largest family fundraising events supporting both Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities and the Calgary Health Foundation.
Donate to the Calgary Health Foundation when submitting your race registration or set up your fundraising page in Race Roster to start raising funds. To fundraise for Jumpstart, set up your fundraising page and collect donations HERE.

Registering as a family or group? Take advantage of our family-friendly pricing. Register three or more participants at one time and receive an automatic 10% discount at checkout.
Kids 5 & Under are FREE. Children participating in the 5 km and/or who will be walking at all on the 5 km course must still register and sign a waiver. The discount will be applied at checkout.

** All fees associated with race registration are non-refundable.**
Prices now include all processing fees. Participants will be charged 5% GST tax in addition to the race entry fee listed.
Products are subject to 5% GST.
All entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds, medical comps or deferrals under any circumstances. Selling your race bib, or having another person use your bib in the event is strictly prohibited. This act may seem well intentioned but has many negative implications to the organizers and participants including liability, timing, results, awards and many other factors. If a registrant sells or gives away their race bib to another participant, they will not be allowed to participate in future events.
Transferring Distances
- Distance Transfers (upgrade or downgrade) are allowed.
- Distance Transfers can be completed online until April 26, 2026 at 11:59pm MT.
- You can upgrade or downgrade yourself by visiting raceroster.com, logging into your account, going to the dashboard and clicking on 'Transfer’ up until April 26 at 11:59pm MT.
- Distance Transfers on/after April 27, 2026 must be completed in-person at Package Pick-up.
- Distance Transfers can NOT be done on Race Day.
- Transfer Costs are as follows:
- Upgrading: The difference between your original race registration fee and the one you are upgrading to plus GST.
- Downgrading: No charge.
- If the registration fee of the new distance is less than the original registration fee, no refunds will be provided.
- Any products purchased in the original transaction will be preselected during the transfer. The participant will have the option of keeping the same add-on products selected or unselect the products and use the credit to purchase different products.
