Raise money for Fit Active Beautiful Foundation

Together we can make great things happen! The FAB 5K is an important fundraiser for Fit Active Beautiful Foundation’s FAB Girls 5K Challenge Program. The FAB Girls 5K Challenge Program is a free 12-week running program that challenges girls in grades 6-8 living in lower-income communities in Hamilton to train for and complete a 5 km run. The program is free and uses running as a vehicle to teach and inspire youth girls to dream big and live big by developing the goal setting skills and confidence to live an empowered life. Not only is the program free for youth girls to join, but each FAB girl also receives a new pair of running shoes, a training shirt, healthy snacks at each session, a goal setting journal and transportation and entry into local races and program events.
