Whether you're racing for gold, walking with friends, or bringing your furry friends along, we’re excited to welcome everyone back to the 38th Annual Tiger Run 5K - Run & Walk!

The following includes in depth details regarding Packet Pick-Up, Race Day Parking, and the race itself to get you all set for the race!

Race Packet Pick-up

Race Packet to include the Official Tiger Run 5K Race T-shirt and Race Number Bib.

Date: Friday, March 27th, 2026 (the Friday before the race)

Time: 1:30pm - 5:30pm

Location: 1st Floor Atrium - Center for Advanced Learning & Simulation (CALS). 2021 Perdido St, New Orleans, LA 70112. *No. 12 on the LSUHSC Downtown campus map below.*

*Note: If registration took place after February 27th, we cannot guarantee the Official Tiger Run 5K Race T-shirt or correct size will be included in your packet.*

Audubon Park Services kindly asks to please refrain from running or walking within the paved the bike lane next to the Jogging Path road during the race as Audubon Park will be open to the public.

Parking: Located on the Golf Club Dr. Lot (Gold Star on Audubon Map) and street parking along Magazine Street. Please refrain from parking further down within the lot as this is reserved for the Golf Clubhouse guests - towing may be enforced.

Audubon Park services informed us they may direct overflow parking onto the Audubon Zoo parking lot grass, if necessary.

Shelter #10: Home base! Where Day of Late Registration & Late Race Packet Pick-up will take place. Food, drinks, and restrooms will also be provided here. Quick and Easy access from Golf Club Dr. lot (Tiger icon indicates location on image above)

Start and Finish: Under the Oak Trees immediately next to Shelter #10 and in front of the Newman Bandstand.

Newman Bandstand: Where pre-race warm up, music, and the Tiger Run 5K Awards Ceremony will take place. Located next to Shelter #10.

Water Tables: We will have two along the race route (Purple Stars on Audubon Map). Water table #1 will be near Mile Marker 1 and Water table #2 will be near the turn around.

First Aid Tents: We will have two tents (Red Stars on Audubon Map), sponsored by volunteer medical students and faculty of the Student Run Community Clinics (SRCC). Tent 1 will be under the shady oak canopy next to Shelter #10 and Tent 2 will be near Water Table #1 near Mile Marker 1.

Additionally, the 1st 275 finishers will receive a commemorative Tiger Run 5K Medal as they cross the finish line
