Rising Lights Project creates inclusive opportunities for individuals and families impacted by disability in the Fox Valley Area. We believe everyone—no matter their circumstances—deserves the chance to connect, engage, and belong within their community.
We envision a community where people of all ages and abilities participate fully, build meaningful relationships, and are valued as integral members of the Fox Valley. Through programs that encourage, educate, and empower, we strive to remove barriers to inclusion and support individuals with disabilities and their families in living connected, purposeful lives.
