Who can take part?

KidsCan GlowRun is a family-friendly fun run or walk, open to all ages and abilities - it’s about bright energy and positive vibes, not personal bests.

• Bringing little ones? Children aged 4 and under go free with a paying adult - no ticket or registration needed.
• Children aged 12 and under completing the course must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Participants aged 13 and over can go solo but must be supervised by a responsible adult when not on the course.
• Pushchairs and strollers are not permitted on the course (these can be checked in at GlowRun HQ).
• Bikes, scooters, skateboards or other wheeled devices are not permitted on the course either.
• Wheelchairs and medically required mobility aids are welcome - the 2.5km run/walk course does include some stairs but lifts are available for you to use.
• Not keen on the 2.5km run or walk? Grab a spectator ticket, enjoy the GlowRun Village vibes and bring the glow from the sidelines.

Important Information

• Tickets are non-refundable except where required under New Zealand consumer law.
• Registrations may be transferred (admin + transaction fee applies).
• Your registration session will time out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
• Get familiar with the GlowRun Rules & Policies.

It wouldn’t be an official GlowRun without official merchandise! Goodie bags (a glow-inspired surprise mix for all ages), t-shirts and hoodies (kids and adults) are available to pre-purchase when you register, or any time online before the event. All merchandise purchased online must be collected at the event during check-in - we’re not able to send out items before or after the event. Numbers are limited, get in quick to avoid missing out!
