RED'S RACE FOR A BETTER COMMUNITY



The 43rd Annual Red's Race “Race for a Better Community” 2026 is a 5 mile road race and introducing a 5K race course, open to anyone interested in either running or walking in this annual event. Participants span from the serious runner to recreational joggers enjoying a challenging, yet beautiful running course, to families and community members of all ages and sizes walking the route.

When you take part in this historic community event, you are also helping to raise much needed funds for two local non-profit organizations that provide important services in Strafford County. Bonus!

Reds Race is the 3rd race of the 2026 Dover Race Series. Join the series now at www.doverraceseries.com and start your trek to earn the DRS jacket while supporting our community!

Event registrations are non-refundable.


Online registration closes at 12:00 pm on April 9, 2026. Please join us at Red's Shoe Barn on April 10th during bib pick up or the morning of April 11th to register after April 9th.

Event Info

Bib pick up will be held Friday, April 10th, the day before the event, at Red's Shoe Barn from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm in addition to day of at Woodman Park School. All runners will receive a 10% discount for the week following the event at Red's Shoe Barn when they bring their bib in to shop.
