Join the Hustle Trail Race Volunteer Team!
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make the Hustle Trail Race a success. Whether you're an early bird or want to spend the whole day cheering on runners, we have a role and a shift for you.
Volunteer Roles Include:
- Course & Venue Setup/Tear Down: Help build the race village, set up tents, and pack up equipment.
- Runner Support (Aid Stations & Start/Finish): Keep runners fueled with hydration and snacks, hand out finisher medals, and cheer them on. (Kitchen prep roles are also available!)
- Course Marshals & Trail Marking: Place flags to ensure runners stay on the right path, direct participants at key intersections, and warn them of hazards.
- Registration & Logistics: Welcome runners, distribute bibs and swag, or be our roaming Float/Runner to deliver supplies along the course.
Time Commitments:
Shifts are flexible and run throughout the day. Opportunities range from early morning prep (starting at 5:00 AM) to evening tear down (until 8:00 PM). Many roles offer the choice of an AM Shift (7:30 AM - 12:30 PM), a PM Shift (12:30 PM - 6:00 PM), or a Full Day commitment.
