The Edmonton Heartbeat Run, presented by Realty Focus, proudly serves as a fundraiser for the University Hospital Foundation, helping raise awareness and funds to support all aspects of cardiovascular care.
We encourage you to share the experience with family, friends, and co-workers. Together, we can make every step count.

ENTRY & CANCELLATION NOTES
- 5% GST will be applied to your transaction at checkout.
- All entries include a commemorative cotton casual race shirt. *not guaranteed after September 4.
- Online registration will close at noon (MST) on Friday September 18, 2026 or when the event is sold out.
- An online processing fee will be applied to your online registration into the Edmonton Heartbeat Run.
- All prices listed in Canadian Dollars.
- VISA, MC, Amex, Discover Card, VISA Debit and INTERAC Online accepted.
- Your credit card statement will show a charge from "2026 Edmonton Heartbeat Run" for your online registration into this event.
- Participants under 18 years of age must have a statement signed by their parent or legal guardian permitting them to participate.
- All participants must show picture ID at check-in.
- The Event Organizers reserve the right to deny entries or registration changes for any reason.
- A participant with an injury, illness, or simply not attending is not eligible for a refund, transfer or a deferral entry to a future event.
- All entries are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable to another person, and Non-Deferrable to a future event unless otherwise stated in the Heartbeat Run Infectious Disease policies (below).
- If the event cannot take place in 2026 due to a pandemic (COVID-19 or other), the participant will have the following options:
- Free entry in the 2026 Virtual Event OR;
- Free entry deferral to the 2027 event, less a 25% administration fee
- As a condition of entry, the participant will agree to the Heartbeat Run Rules and Policies
