My Story…
I am running in support of Wounded Warriors Canada to honour the memory of my uncle, Shane Loxterkamp, an Edmonton police officer who died by suicide after battling mental health.
Like many first responders, Shane dedicated his life to serving others. In his memory, I am raising $1,576, representing his badge number, 1576. Every dollar raised will help support programs that provide mental health resources and care for first responders, veterans, and their families.
