GIA 5K and Kids Fun Run 2026

A Race for Joy, Health, community and Fun!

Georgetown International Academy presents its 3rd Annual 5K Walk/Run and Kids Fun Run- A race for Joy, Community, Health and Fun on Saturday, January 31st, 2026 at 6:00 AM.

REGISTER TODAY TO JOIN THE FUN!!!

The 5K will start at the school's campus and enjoy traversing through the neighboring Demerara Estates and will loop back to the school for an exciting finish.

COST: includes the race, finishers' medal, yoga, refreshments, games and a group dance lesson.

Kids Fun Run & Walk: 5- 11 yrs -$2,000 (accompanying adults run for free)

5K Walk/Run: 11yrs and older- $4000

REGISTRATION STEPS- each person must register online and pay to participate.

1- Form: Complete this form for all participants

2- Payment : Dropped off in envelope to PTO white box next to the reception.

3- Registration Deadline: Saturday, January 24th at noon.

4- PICK UP YOUR RACE BIBS PRIOR TO RACE DAY.

Packet pick up will be during school pick on Thursday, Jan 29 and Friday, Jan 30. We will be set up at school for registrants to pick up their bib packets.

Reminder: all online registrations must be paid before Monday, January 26th for the online order to be validated.
