Squatch Till You Drop

Hello and thank you for volunteering. Our community is stronger because of people like you.

You are about to sign up for a shift to work the Squatch Till You Drop aid station. Our trail running event is being held on November 7^th and 8^th at Allsopp Park (3700 Ceder Hill Rd.) in Little Rock. It is the 3rd annual Squatch Till You Drop trail run event. The November 7^th run is a 5k and will go from 10am-12pm. The November 8^th run is a 6 hour Ultra and will go from 8am-2pm.

At the aid station, you will do the following:

    -fill cups with water

    -hand cups to runners

    -pick up the cups as runners drop them

    -receive and respond to Race Director communications via walkie-talkie (basic

check-ins on supply needs)

    -be a vocal supporters for the runners by cheering them on and giving the

encouragement. (cowbells are encouraged!)

All the aid station supplies will be in place.

The aid station is located near the corner of South Lookout St. and Fairview Rd. You gain access to the park via stairs from Fairview. You can park here (parking location https://maps.app.goo.gl/kFP5otGB2EkQxbZ66 ) Go down the stairs and turn left on the trail. The aid station is approx. 100 yards down the trail. Runners will be traveling in a clockwise direction (from the bridge toward the aid station).

Needs:     3 volunteers for November 7th. (1 shift)

           12 volunteers for November 8th.(3 shifts)

You will need to report to the Park Pavilion 30 minutes before their shift begins.

In addition to my eternal gratitude, you will also receive a cooler bags, a few goodies and snacks.
