Squatch Till You Drop

Hello and thank you for volunteering. Our community is stronger because of people like you.

You are about to sign up for a shift to work the Squatch Till You Drop aid station. Our trail running event is being held on November 7^th and 8^th at Allsopp Park (3700 Ceder Hill Rd.) in Little Rock. It is the 3rd annual Squatch Till You Drop trail run event. The November 7^th run is a 5k and will go from 10am-12pm. The November 8^th run is a 6 hour Ultra and will go from 8am-2pm.

At the aid station, you will provide the following:

    -filling cups with water and sports drink

    -handing cups to runners

    -picking up the cups as runners drop them

    -receiving and responding to Race Director communications via walkie-talkie (basic

check-ins on supply needs)

    -being vocal supporters for the runners by cheering them on and giving the

encouragement.

All the aid station supplies will already be in place.

The aid station is located right off South Lookout St. in Allsopp Park.

Needs:     3 volunteers for November 7th. (1 shift)

           12 volunteers for November 8th.(3 shifts)

You will need to report to the Park Pavilion 30 minutes before their shift begins.

In addition to my eternal gratitude, you will also receive an event T-shirt and snacks.
