Our story…
Why do I 9RunRun? Because mental health matters ... too many of my coworkers and colleagues have left the profession due to physical and psychological injuries.
The 9RunRun and Ottawa First Responders Foundation provide mental health supports for paramedics, police officers and fire fighters.
Help us raise money for Ottawa First Responders Foundation
