Where is the race located? Watkins Glen International, 2790 County Route 16 in Watkins Glen. Enter at Gate 2. Go straight, veer right to go under the tunnel. Immediately after the tunnel, turn left, and then take the first right. There will be signage at turns.
What time does the race start? The race starts at 9:00 AM.
When should I arrive? Please plan accordingly. You will need time to enter the track as there may be a line of cars, time to park, and time to get your bib and race shirt if you have not yet done so. Note: WGI will require that every person entering sign a waiver at the gate. There will be 3 gates open. If you have not already picked up your packet, volunteers will be ready for packet pick up at 8:00 AM. It is STRONGLY encouraged that you pick up your packet before the event, at one of the Packet Pickup options offered at the Arnot Mall on 10/29 and 10/30.
Where does the race start? Runners and walkers will start at the Pedestrian Bridge on the course. **Note: the 1-mile will go the opposite direction of the 3.4-mile participants. Look for signage to indicate where the 1-mile will go otherwise you will end up on the 3.4-mile course.
Where do I park? Parking for this event will be near the registration and race start/finish point. Signs will direct you to event parking.
Are there water stations? There will be one water station on the Inner Loop of the track in front of Mile Marker 2. There will also be water at the Finish Line after the race.
What type of timing is being used? Participants of the 3.4-mile and 6.8 Mile course receive a disposable timing chip on the back of their bib, so each participant will receive an accurate, net time, for when they cross the start and finish line. Participants in the 1-mile course are not timed.
When are the awards? Award winners can immediately get their award from the awards table. We do not have an award ceremony. Grab and go; don't waste the day waiting.

Are post-race refreshments offered? There will be a “Runner’s Fuel Tent” at the finish, near where parking is. Bottled water and individually packaged snacks will be available.
