Run, Celebrate, and Raise Funds for a Great Cause!

Join us for the 16th Annual ASC Heart & Sole 5K and fun run benefiting Shared Housing Center and their mission to provide affordable housing options and supportive services to the Dallas’ at-risk single-parent families and elderly population.
Kids, dogs, runners, walkers, and families all welcome!

All Finishers will receive a finisher item and a long sleeve t-shirt.

Awards will be:

1st Overall Male & Female Finishers

1st Overall Masters Male & Female

Age groups: 1-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69; 70+

(chip timing is required for eligibility for top finisher awards)

Youth pricing of $15.00 for 14 and under will be automatically applied at the end of your transaction.

The Festivities

Stick around for breakfast, live music, and family-friendly activities after the race! Enjoy the kids area with a bounce house, face painters, and balloon artist.

• Breakfast tacos and salsa from Laredo Taco Company
• Hot cocoa, coffee, croissants and Danishes from La Madeleine
• Granola bars, snack packs, water, juice and other goodies from 7-Eleven
• Free photo booth with props
• Kids Zone with bounce house, face painting, and balloon artist

Packet Pickup

During registrations, choose to pick up your race packet the Sunday before the race at one of two 7-11 locations in Dallas and Plano. Pickup times are 11am-3pm.
