Registration: From 9.15am. Clinic runs from 9.30am - 12noon
Location: Tom Payne Oval, Mallabula Sports Complex, Mallabula NSW
Melinda will lead the session which includes a combination of drills, track speed work and agility stations with all levels welcome.
Children to bring water bottle, snacks and sunscreen, spikes are optional.
Wet weather updates will be provided via email and Melinda's Facebook

- Port Stephens Athletics Club Member: $40 (a promotional code is required to access club discount)
- Non Member - $77
